iPod Touch

I am going to start doing iPod reviews and here is one to start:

Plants vs. Zombies
Buy on the App Store

Plants vs. Zombies is a tower defence game. You have to plant plants to defend you and your house from zombies. It is a very well done port of the computer versions. It has nice graphics, nice sounds but lacks alot that the computer versions have so here is a basic outline:
- Story
It is exactly the same thing as the computer version's.

- Achievements
It has a nice list of achievements. Basic things to more time intensive things like finishing story mode twice.

- Quick Game
It is a way to quickly have a game.

- Crazy Dave's Shop
It has Crazy Dave's shop but lacks the items for game modes not available on the ipod version.

What it Lacks
It lacks Survival, Mini-Games, Zen Garden, Wisdom Tree

What it needs to improve
It needs survival and with survival a highscore board. I would LOVE to see mini-games in it. They have the main ones in story but you can't replay them without replaying the story until you get back to that point.

Overall
Graphics: 9/10
Music: 8.5/10
Gameplay: 9/10
Overall: 26.5/30

Worth paying the money for.

Minecraft

My clan has become bigger. I have gotten a request from a moderator of the official minecraft forums to do an event on his server. We also have our own server. I rent it from XtremeHostz for a great price, with great service. If you decide to also rent from them please say Mineore told you about them. http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1027&t=197089
We run it using Bukkit and have many useful commands thanks to a ver valuable member named NickBrahz. I would like to thank him.

Game of 2010

This is the review of the best Game of 2010

It's Minecraft, It only quite recently went into Beta (Pre-release stages). I have played it since Alpha (Pre-Beta) and have enjoyed it the entire time. New updates constantly rolling in, I can't stop playing it. I even play it on a laptop with less than 20fps. I have built myself many a homes, I even tried INvedit, But I don't like cheating. I have played Multi-player, at one stage I was even a OP for one. But then updates stopped that. I built a home with my friends and family, many stories high, many stories deep. There is currently multiple game modes e.g Classic/Creative and Survival. It even has it's own sport named spleef It has future coming game modes such as: Adventure and more, I can't name them all. New features such as: Fishing rods, pumpkins have recently been added. It has currently 4 difficulty settings: Peaceful, Easy, Normal, Hard and the future difficulty Hardcore making it great for all ages. At certain points it would scare me with Creepers, scary music, Hisses of spiders, the zombies calling for brains make it a excellent experience. It has 3D Anaglyph (Red + Blue 3D). I could still go with about how great it is but, It would go for too long, so now get out there and play Minecraft!

P.S, You will need to go on Minecraftwiki, It gives you info on how to craft and almost everything you will need to know exept how to survive your first night so go on youtube to find a guide on how to build your first home, I will be back with more Minecraft in the future but for now, Goodbye!

My DS

Bad news people, My DS has broken. It got soaked in water. I wont be reviewing DS games for sometime now. But meanwhile I'll review other things such as PSP, PS3, Xbox, Wii, PS3, Gamecube.

Little Big Planet Reviews

Little Big Planet PS3 Rated G

This is the original Little Big Planet game. It is a platformer which has been highly regarded since release as one of the first games for the PS3. I have played this game for hours and still come back for more. It is a game which is very unique, imaginative, fun and has great multiplayer. Stephen Fry does the voice for the instructor, teacher sort of thing. The graphics are quite realistic for game which is designed for the gameplay. It has superb fire graphics. The resolution 720p which you don't seem to notice. It may not be best game for graphics on the PS3 but it wasn't supposed to. I enjoy this game very much and still go back for more.
The overall review results:

Graphics: 8.5/10
Audio: 7.5/10
Gameplay: 9/10
Story & Plot: 7.5/10

Overall: 9/10 (Brilliant)

Little Big Planet PSP Rated G

Previously I had promised to review Little Big Planet PSP. I have completed the story mode completely and enjoyed it the the entire time. The levels range from Australian Outback to snowy Switzerland mountains to being an actor for some Hollywood movies. It still maintains the ability to customise Sackboy freely and well. Although it has the lack of one lanes which the PS3 version has it still maintains some fun. It also has a lack multi-player. The only thing even using wireless is to share your custom maps which are quite fun but are slightly harder to make than the PS3 version. In comparison to the original PS3 version I was quite disappointed. Here is my overall review results:

Graphics: 8/10
Audio: 7.5/10
Gameplay: 7.5/10
Story & Plot: 7.5
Multiplayer: N/A

Overall: 7.5/10 (Good)

It is a quite nice game for the PSP but in comparison to original I'm very disappointed.

After enjoying the first 2 games I am looking forward to Little big planet 2.

Game of the Month

The game of the month for May is... Rubble Trouble by Nitrome.

The idea of the game is to destroy the buildings with all different types of weapons for cash. Sometimes you may have to get someone of the building or not destroy another in the process. It is a nice little puzzle game. Here is the link -

6.5/10 - Good.
